Refunds may take 2 to 14 business days to be reflected in the customer's bank account, depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
The refunded amount will be returned to the same card used for the original payment. Refunds cannot be transferred to another card or payment method.
Please note that JRE does not charge any additional fees for processing refunds.
