How long does the review take?
The JRE team reviews applications manually. The result appears on this page as soon as a decision is made.
Do I need a separate host account?
No. You use the same account for booking and hosting; the host role is added after approval.
What happens to my ID documents?
They are stored outside the public web folder, cannot be reached by a direct link, and are seen only by the review team.
When can I add my property?
Adding listings comes in the next phase. This phase covers registration and verification only.
