1/5 — DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE AND A COMPLETE BETRAYAL OF CUSTOMER TRUST
To JRE Management,
I am writing this review as a deeply disappointed and disgusted loyal customer.
I have been booking accommodations through JRE for approximately four months, spending more than 30 nights across several of your properties. Until now, I had trusted your company and expected a reasonable standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism.
Unfortunately, my recent experience at this particular property in Amman was absolutely appalling.
What I discovered after checking in was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable:
* Remains of what appeared to be a used condom inside the bedroom. This is an absolutely revolting discovery in a room that is supposed to have been professionally cleaned and prepared for a new guest.
* Spit inside the building’s elevator. An extremely unhygienic and disgusting condition that raises serious questions about the maintenance and cleanliness of the building.
* Visible dirt and unacceptable levels of filth, making the accommodation feel neglected and poorly maintained.
* An extremely unpleasant smell throughout the property, making the entire experience even more uncomfortable and disturbing.
I HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF THESE CONDITIONS, WHICH I AM ATTACHING TO THIS REVIEW.
What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I am not a first-time customer. I have spent considerable time and money staying at JRE properties over the past four months.
As a returning customer, I expected JRE to maintain consistent standards across its properties.
Instead, I was greeted with conditions that no paying guest should ever have to experience.
I want to make something very clear to JRE’s management:
You cannot build a reputation for quality and professionalism while allowing properties under your management to operate in such unacceptable hygienic conditions.
The responsibility does not fall solely on the cleaning staff or the individual building. Ultimately, JRE is responsible for ensuring that every property offered to its customers meets basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Finding what appeared to be the remains of a used condom in a bedroom is not a minor cleaning oversight. It represents a serious failure in the inspection and preparation of the accommodation.
This is not simply disappointing. It is disrespectful to your customers, unacceptable from a hospitality company, and damaging to the trust that returning guests place in your brand.
I sincerely hope that JRE’s senior management takes this complaint seriously, personally reviews the attached photographs, investigates the conditions of this building, and implements immediate corrective measures.
After more than 30 nights as a customer, I never expected to have to write a review like this.
Customer loyalty should be earned through consistent standards, not taken for granted.
Until JRE can demonstrate that this particular property meets acceptable hygiene standards, I strongly advise other guests to reconsider staying at this location.
JRE Management: This is not the standard your loyal customers deserve, and it is certainly not the standard they are paying for.
Extremely disappointed. Absolutely unacceptable.
